Martiae Jenkins-Alexander Ed.S

Martiae believes in the power of mission aligned community. With over 12 years of educational experience, she has led instructional teams, developed leader professional sessions, and achieved significant academic gains in her previous role as an Academic Director. She currently serves as an Associate Director for the Chicago Teacher Residency. Martiae is passionate about empowering educators to make data informed decisions, building transformational resilience in teams, and promoting reflective practice through relationships.
